Choose Your Special Enrollment Qualifier

If you meet the income range of $14,580-$21,870, choose the Federal Poverty Level option and enter today as the qualifying event date.

Choose a Plan Based on the Criteria Below

Sort plan options by lowest premium to find a $0/month plan. Then, select the plan with the lowest annual deductible.

Choose Your State of Residence

Choose the coverage year (2024) and your state of current residence. Then scroll down to click the Privacy Act Statement checkboxes.

Step Six:

Verify Your Healthcare Eligibility

Complete the identity verification information. You may be prompted to answer additional questions for your identity protection.
